Following a successful run of UK shows the KING SIZE SLIM:SOUND played a four night residency at Vesprem Utacazene Festival in Hungary. Blues loop machine maniac, and KSS’ new best friend ,Son Of Dave joined the band for an impromptu set on the main-stage.
Shortly after their return flight the band gathered at Hastings historic ‘The Palace’ to record a live performance to an invited home-town audience, that audio footage is now in the mixing/mastering stage with a scheduled release for end of September ’17.
Coming up for late summer and early Autumn…… Solo shows at Broadstairs Folk Week and Beautiful Days Festival , touring in Northern France and the return of the KING SIZE SLIM with Skip ‘Little Axe’ McDonald double bill show Sunday 5th November , Union Chapel, Islington.
A number of UK and International shows for the 4 -piece line-up including Focsani Blues festival in Romania and Rye International Jazz Festival will keep the band busy into the Winter.
